Happy New Year!!!!

Happy New Year everyone! We’re back! It’s a new year and we would like to thank all of our viewers for their support throughout the past year. Here’s some cool milestones we had in 2012!

March 8th, Seoulistic launched!

UNESCO Tour 640×140

After a few months of planning and setting up, Seoulistic started it’s first day on March 8th! We started with a super mouth-watering post of the 10 Famous and Popular Galbi Restaurants in Seoul. It’s was a good post to start with :)

March 28th, Seoulistic Facebook!

Whether we’re working or playing, Facebook is always open for us (is it like that for you?). So we said, why not communicate? Like the Seoulistic Facebook Page and you get the best way to catch up on news and other cool updates we share (like our pics)!

May 8th, First Seoulistic Video!

Yo, YouTube is crazy addicting! It’s like Facebook, except everything’s a video. So we went ahead and worked on our first! Doing these are as much fun to do as much as they’re to watch. Hope you had fun watching our first on on How to Meet Korean Singles (the Korean Way):

30 July, Nab a Twitter Account!

Doesn’t it suck when there’s an account name that you want but is already taken? The account name “Seoulistic” on twitter was taken but wasn’t used at all. We emailed them, and 4 months later, it became available! Follow us on twitter.

September & October – Arirang Radio & 10Mag

Have you ever been featured on the radio or a magazine? Well we were, and we felt like a million bucks 😉 For those that don’t live in Korea, Arirang Radio and 10Mag are two popular English language media outlets about Korea, and we were invited to do both. Too bad we didn’t get a million bucks.

November – New Intern Eric

We’re looking to expand, and we needed some help! We were able to get our very first intern for our team to help with the content. Check out his first video on Why he loves university life in Korea!

Ok, so we’re really proud of what we did in 2012, but we’re more looking forward to 2013! Here’s a few things that you can expect:

  • More posts and videos! – Seoulistic.com has been a part-time endeavor, but will start becoming a full-time venture in the upcoming months!
  • Travel e-books – for visitors and new comers to Korea
  • Korean Phrases – short and easy Korean language lessons

Thanks again for a great 2012 everyone! We’ll look forward to a bumping 2013!!!!! 😀
