Underground subway shopping complexes are some of the best places to get deals. Many times these are some of the cheapest places to shop. And since some of these complexes have hundreds of shops, competition is fierce. And that means shopping is cheap!
Shopping in Express Bus Terminal Station
Express bus terminal station is one of the busiest areas for shopping in Seoul. Since it’s located in one of the busiest subway terminals of Seoul, there are a lot of people. But that also means there are tons of shops. Come here if you like cheap fashion and lots of selection. It’s also confusingly named Gangnam Shopping Arcade.

Everyone knows the song Gangnam Style. The song talks about wanna be rich people. And at Gangnam station you too can shop Gangnam style. Right inside the iconic Gangnam Station you will find tons of shops aimed at making people look great at cheap prices.

Shopping malls in Seoul (just like in other parts of the world) have other attractions. Since shopping malls are pretty similar around the world, we’ll just list the other attractions π
Shopping in Coex
Come to Coex for shopping as well as the aquarium that can be found at the back of the mall. There’s also a movie theater and a casino (Seven Luck Casino) located right next to the mall (foreigners only — bring your passports if you want to go). There’s also a kimchi museum!

Shopping in Times Square Mall
Come to Times Square Mall for the largest movie screen in the world (or at least was at the time it was built). It’s also really nice for tired boyfriends as it has plenty of outdoor seating, including a really nice rooftop garden. Oh yea, and stop by the large supermarket nearby, E-mart. Supermarkets are great places for tourists to go π
