Super Fun Korean Snacks to Eat

Korean snacks can be a lot of fun to eat. There’s an egg that you crack on your head, a snack that you smash, break, crush and shake. And there’s also a snack that if you want to eat, you need to follow directions like you’re building furniture. Be sure to watch the video and let us know which one you want to eat!

The Korean snacks you’ll find in this video are:

새우깡 (saeukkang) – shrimp flavored crackers
홈런볼 (homerunball) – chocolate filled puffs
뿌셔뿌셔 (ppushyeoppushyeo) – ramyun-type snack
삼각김밥 (samgakgimbap) – triangle gimbap
훈제란 (hunjeran) – smoked eggs

    I loooove 새우깡 . I can get them in a local korean market here in my country.
    I also tried 뿌셔뿌셔 but ummmm.. not so yummie as 새우깡 is.
    Btw, this friday we are going to have a big event here in Brazil called “Coréia para todos” (Korea for everyone) and I am going to take loads of picture and send you for you to see how korean people lives here. =D

    I really like 새우깡, I also can buy it in France in asian store.
    I tried 뿌셔뿌셔 when I was in UK and I really like it, I didnt know it was for kid hahaha I like the different taste about it, well except the spicy one, too spicy.
    Since I love chocolate, I want to try 홈런볼. The 삼각김밥 looks like onigiri, is it the korean version ?
    Anyway, I wish korean snack were cheaper here, I like to try them 🙂

    Just came back from Korea and i love the 삼각김밥 (samgakgimbap), i am pretty sure i had 3 a day. I miss
    GS25/7-eleven with the cheap foods and $1 soju. I definitely need to try the eggs next time i go.

    I went on a bus trip this past weekend and one of the other expats was wondering if the eggs were raw or cooked. I had just seen this video, so I was able to confirm that the eggs were 훈제란. Thanks for helping me impress someone!

    We used to eat ppushyeoppushyeo all the time in Canada! Mr. Noodles! You’re supposed to cook it, but kids usually dont and just eat it like that.
