SIM Card Purchase Confirmation – Seoulistic
Thank you for your SIM Card reservation!

You should receive your confirmation number in your email. Simply show the email to the pickup staff to receive your SIM Card.

!! IMPORTANT !!
Your phone may be locked!

1) Is your phone service provider from USA, Canada or Japan?
2) Have you used a SIM Card with your phone in Korea before?

1. If your service provider is from USA, Canada or Japan…

Some USA, Canadian and Japanese phone service providers (i.e. Verizon, T-Mobile, Softbank, Docomo, etc.) lock their phones, and you may have to unlock your SIM card in Korea.

But don’t worry! It’s easy!

All you have to do is call your service provider and let them know you’ll be using a SIM card in Korea.
They’ll unlock it for you. (Usually only takes less than a day.)

Please remember to call your phone service provider to unlock your phone!

2. If you’ve used a SIM Card in Korea with your phone before…

Your phone may be locked to the SIM Card you previously used.

To unlock it, just e-mail us the IMEI number (serial number) of the phone. And we’ll unlock it for you!
To find your IMEI number, dial the following on the phone you intend to use:

*#06#

Email us at [email protected] with your confirmation number (sent via email) and your IMEI number.

(If you’re using a new phone, and have never used a SIM Card in Korea with it, you’re ok!)

If you have any questions, please email us anytime! We’ll be glad to answer any questions you may have.

Thank you very much!
