Club Octagon in Gangnam, Seoul has been for the past few years the clear number one club in Seoul. And it’s not just in Seoul. It’s consistently ranked in the top 10 of the best clubs in the world by DJ Mag for its raucous crowd of 7,000 people every week, 78 VIP Tables, giant LED wall and the huge Funktion One speakers that both resident local DJs and even international superstar DJs come to pump in their mix of EDM, techno, tech-house, trap and hip-hop. It’s a huge club with three levels and even an indoor elevator. There’s also a separate more intimate lounge that plays hip-hop music exclusively. The exposed pipes and cement walls lend to its warehouse-rave feel where you can get lost in a sea of partiers who are here every weekend. And since it’s widely considered the best club in Seoul, it’s also where most of the official music festival afterparties are held.
