Right out of Euljiro 3-ga Station (Exit 12), the Euljiro Sea Snail (Golbaengi) Street isn’t very well known among tourists, probably because the sea-snail dish served here, golbaengi mochim, is food for true locals. If you’re adventurous and love spicy food found in local back alleys, this is definitely a good off the beaten track experience to have. Three or four restaurants have both indoor and outdoor seating, all serving seasnail (golbaengi) with soju or beer. Here, you’ll be the rare tourist surrounded by locals!
