The regular viewing hours for Seoul’s royal palaces are usually until 5PM. But when basking in the moonlight, the pagodas and traditional tiles take on a whole new romantic look. Changyeonggung, one of the quieter and more beautiful palaces, is extending it’s opening hours from 7PM to 9:30PM from May 21st to June 3rd. This is a special opportunity for long-exposure night photographers, romantic Korean drama mama couples and people who generally like beautiful things.

Notes:

  • Only 300 tickets are available to non-Koreans each day.
  • Purchases can only be made on site.
